Main Floor at the end of McNees Hall
The Nursery & PlayRoom check-in begins at 9:00 am and pickup is at 12:15 pm sharp.

During Worship: Children’s Moment
All Children
Sanctuary
All children are invited for the Children’s Moment in the Sanctuary with our Children’s Ministry Director during the first part of worship on Sunday mornings.

During Worship: Godly Play

1st – 5th Grade
2nd Floor Children’s Wing
Godly Play’s mission is to make meaning through story, wonder, and play, nurturing spiritual lives by honoring the centrality, competency, and capacity of children.

The Godly Play curriculum engages what is most exciting about religious education: God inviting us into—and pursuing us in the midst of—Scripture and spiritual experience. Godly Play® practice teaches us to listen for God and to make authentic and creative responses to God’s call in our lives.

After Worship: Children’s Sunday School & Choir
11:15 am – 12:15 pm
Age 2 to 5th Grade
2nd Floor Children’s Wing
Each week after worship, we meet for Children’s Choir and Sunday School in our Children’s Wing on the 2nd Floor. This wing is available for families with children. There is a lounge available for parents to wait, or parents may attend their own adult Sunday School classes.

Safe Gatherings
Travis Park Church requires volunteers to complete TRUSTed con Confianza certification (Safe Gatherings) through the Rio Texas Conference, which is committed to the well-being of every person entrusted to the care of our local United Methodist churches. We strive to create safe places for all of God’s children.
