On the evening of Tuesday, March 10, 2026, our tennis shoes carried us to the peaceful grounds of the Oblate School of Theology, where a group from Travis Park Church walked the Labyrinth of the Little Flower together. As part of our Lenten journey along The Road Ahead, the walk became a quiet reminder that the path of faith is rarely a straight line. Thank you to Rev. Edie DeVilbiss for serving as our guide along the way.

As we moved through the winding path of the labyrinth, we noticed how the path sometimes led closer to the center, only to curve away again. Faith often moves like that, too. There are seasons when we feel close to God and have a clear sense of purpose, and other seasons when the path seems to circle away from where we thought we were headed.

The labyrinth reminds us that even when the path bends outward, we are still moving forward. Every step is part of the journey. And it is a gift that we do not have to walk the road alone.
